Private beta

From proposal to signed contract, in one place.

SherDore Contracts lets you send proposals, turn them into contracts, collect e-signatures and keep a sealed PDF with an audit certificate, with reminders and team roles built in.

Features

Everything between "here is the offer" and "signed".

Send, track, remind and keep the proof, without a stack of separate tools.

Proposals and contracts

Build a proposal from a template, send it, and convert it to a contract in one click once the client accepts.

E-signatures with proof

Signers draw or type their name on any device. Each signature is recorded with time, address and device in an audit certificate.

A sealed PDF

When everyone has signed, the document is sealed into a final PDF with the certificate attached, and every party gets a copy.

Automatic reminders

Nudge people who have not signed, warn your team before a proposal expires, and pause reminders per document.

Templates and blocks

Reuse your own templates and content blocks, with merge fields for the client, the amounts and the dates.

Team and roles

Invite teammates as admins or members; everything sits in one shared workspace for your company.

How it works

Three steps to a signed document.

  1. 1

    Write it

Start from a template, add your client and the amounts, and preview exactly what they will see.

  2. 2

    Send it

Email a private link. Clients read, accept and sign on any device, with no account to create.

  3. 3

    Keep the proof

Get a sealed PDF with an audit certificate, and a dashboard that shows what is still waiting.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Is SherDore Contracts available now?

It is in private beta. Log in with your SherDore account if you have been given access.

Does the person signing need an account?

No. They open a private link from your email, optionally confirm with a one-time code, and sign.

Are the signatures legally binding?

Electronic signatures are widely accepted, and each document keeps an audit certificate. Rules differ by country and by document type, so check what applies to you. SherDore Contracts is software, not legal advice.

How do I sign in?

SherDore Contracts uses single sign-on with your SherDore account. Choose Log in and you come straight back here.

Is my data separate from other customers?

Yes. Your clients, documents and templates belong to your team and are not visible to anyone else. A signer only ever sees their own document.
